Innokind, Inc. DBA intelino (”Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you access our website and online shop located at intelino.com and all related websites (including any subdomains or versions, the “Website”), the mobile and web applications available on digital distribution platforms and cloud services provided by us (the “Apps”), and other services (collectively, together with the Website and the Apps, our “Service”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services that display or link to different privacy statements; in the event of a conflict or inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and a product/application’s privacy policy, the latter will govern.

This policy applies to information we collect:

• On our Services.
• In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and our Services.
• Through mobile and desktop applications you download from our Services, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and our Services.

California law permits California-resident Customers to request and obtain from us, once a year, free of charge, certain information about their Personally Identifiable Information (as defined by California law) disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year (if any). If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. All of our Customers, regardless of their U.S. residency or country of domicile shall have the right to request and obtain a copy of such information in accordance with applicable law.

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age, but our physical products ("Toys”) and the Apps are intended to be used and enjoyed by children of all ages. Our Apps are safe to use for children of ages 4+. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age, except as permitted by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and the Federal Trade Commission’s rules implementing COPPA. In this Privacy Policy, we use the term “personal information” as such term is defined in COPPA.

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including information:

• by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (”personal information”);
• that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as previous search parameters, the referring website, etc.; and/or
• about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website, and usage details.

We collect this information:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us.
• Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

We do not collect any personal information from and about users of our Apps.

The information we collect on or through our Services may include:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Services. This includes information provided at the time of or requesting further information or services from us.

• Data about your Toy, including its firmware and hardware versions, how the toy is used or operates, such as diagnostic data, MAC Address or device ID, sensor data, and the like.

• Details of your usage of our Services, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on those Services.

The information we collect automatically is statistical data and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

• Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
• Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Services according to your individual interests.
• Perform diagnostics of our Services and physical products.

You may send us an email at privacy@intelino.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

We will store your Personal Data as long as you have an account on the Services. We may keep your email as long as you do not revoke your consent to direct marketing. We will store your Site Data as long as we deem reasonably necessary to provide the Services. Our data warehouse, which does not store any Personal Data, stores information indefinitely.
