Shipping Policy

Shipping within the Continental U.S.

Intelino customers get free standard shipping on domestic orders over $49.90 to the contiguous United States (for orders valued up to $499). For orders under $49.90 we offer Standard Shipping for a flat fee of $7.95. 

Free standard shipping is not applicable to Classroom Set orders or orders places by educational institutions via POs.

Most intelino standard shipping orders are shipped via USPS or UPS® Ground. Shipping point is the West Coast. The delivery time typically ranges between 1-5 business days depending on the delivery location. Remember to add order processing time to calculate the cumulative lead time from order entry to delivery.

Expedited Shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air® may be offered to you during the checkout. Remember to add order processing time to calculate the cumulative lead time from order entry to delivery.

Shipments do not deliver on weekends or National Holidays. They will deliver on the following business day.

Shipping outside the US

At this time, international shipping is offered to Canada and select EU countries. Intelino offers discounted shipping rates using services from USPS, UPS and DHL Express. Based on your delivery location, the available shipping options will be offered to you during the checkout. Remember to add order processing time to calculate the cumulative lead time from order entry to delivery.

Note that all international orders purchased on the intelino.com shop may be subject to VAT, duties and customs entry fees. Such taxes / fees and customs import services are offered by the carriers handling your shipment (e.g. UPS or DHL). We are not able to collect any such taxes / fees or assist you with the import process.
