30 Day Return and Refund Policy
The intelino Return Policy was updated on May 1, 2024.
Intelino provides physical goods, including the smart train and its various accessories (hereafter referred to as "Product" or "Products"). If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Product in a new condition on the intelino online store (hereafter referred to as "Store"), our return and refund policy allows you to return the purchased Product after obtaining a return material authorization (RMA) during the 30 day period following date of shipment by intelino. In accordance with this policy, if the returned Product is returned unopened, unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you a refund. The refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase. The RMA may be obtained by contacting support@intelino.com. The Product must be received by intelino within 10 days after the issuance of the RMA. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable taxes, duties and fees.
All Products must be packed in the original, unopened and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the Product. The RMA number must be included with the returned Product.
If you return Product to intelino (a) without a RMA from intelino, (b) beyond the 10 day RMA issuance period, or (c) without proper packaging, intelino retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Returned Product that has been unsealed, opened, used or has missing or damaged parts or packaging, may be a subject to a partial refund or may be returned back to the customer at customer's expense, depending on the Product's condition.
The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Once the item is received at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
